LINDA FALLON, LCSWA ADOLESCENTS & ADULTS THERAPIST

Hello! My name is Linda Fallon (she/her) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. I am queer identifying and affirming. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, neurodivergence, life transitions, emotional neglect, family dynamics, and decision making. I also have a passion for working with people who are living with the complexities of chronic illness.

As a Covid conscious therapist, I acknowledge the multi-level impacts that Covid-19 has had on our society, both collectively and as individuals. I understand the current and persistent threat that the virus has on people living with chronic illness, chronic pain, compromised immune systems, or other medical vulnerabilities. My own personal experience with chronic illness gives me a unique perspective into how the community continues to navigate daily life.

I take a person-centered and strengths-based approach when working with clients to achieve their goals. I use elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness in my practice, but I also believe in the strength of the therapeutic relationship as the heart of clinical practice. I am committed to cultivating a safe and trustworthy relationship with you. Together, we can approach life’s challenges in a way that feels the most authentic for you. I celebrate the differences in what makes us all human, and I approach clients from a culturally inclusive and trauma informed lens.

Starting in January, I will be seeing individuals ages 14+ via telehealth.

*I accept Aetna, Cigna, and will be accepting BCBS in the near future!
